The unit we got was authentic with shower, an exceptional view, for instance. The location was particularly good and exceptional, for example, Musma Museum was around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel👌

The staff was really kind. The views of the cathedral and the Sassi Caveoso were exceptional. The location was marvelous and breathtaking, close to a monumental 1200s cathedral. It was a short walk to a “sasso” cave. The central heating, multi-channel television, and the couch bed in our double room were useful during our stay. We enjoyed the nice decor.

The stuff was very very helpful, so I would stay here again. Wanted to explore Matera and this hotel was wonderful base for doing it. Comforts of double room where fabulous - central heating, multi-channel TV, and a private entrance. The breakfast had a lot of food, including local coffee, fresh bread, cereal, jam, and fruit...

We were amazed when we entered our room at 5 Elementi Sassi. The modern design in a cave was truly unique and impressive. The bathroom was comfortable and the view from the terrace during breakfast was superb. The location was very convenient, allowing us to easily explore Matera on foot. we highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

Our room at 5 Elementi Sassi was absolutely amazing! We had a breathtaking view from our terrace and the bedroom itself was spacious and luxurious. The bathroom was like a cave oasis, with a huge walk-in shower. The breakfast spread was delicious, with plenty of fresh fruit and a variety of options. The location was perfect, with easy access to great restaurants and all the attractions. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a wonderful and memorable experience.

I had an amazing stay at 5 Elementi Sassi! The view from my room was absolutely breathtaking, overlooking the beautiful city. The room itself was spacious and modern, with a comfortable bed and a lovely bathroom. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast served on the balcony. The location in the old part of the city was perfect for exploring. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay.

The location was wonderful, in a “sasso” cave with an unbelievable view of the cathedral and the Sassi Caveoso. The room was large and nicely decorated. The hotel was really close to a private taxi to go 7km outside Matera to look at the Crypt of the Original Sin. Stopped by Barisano Caffe to get some coffee and treats, it's right by the venue, recommend.

Rooms are spacious with stand alone bath and large shower. Well located for walking to attractions. Convenient parking service available for 15 euros per day. Helpful host arranged walking tour and provided restaurant recommendations. Great breakfast selection and lovely terrace with city view.
